Healing Communities Through Compassion and Purpose

At Behavioral Health Consultants of Georgia, we believe healing begins when individuals feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered. Our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and spiritually integrated behavioral health services that strengthen individuals, families, veterans, and communities.

We understand that healing involves more than emotional wellness alone. True healing often includes emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, and practical support. Our goal is to help individuals overcome life challenges, develop healthy coping skills, restore hope, and move toward long-term stability and personal growth.

Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use struggles, crisis situations, family conflict, or major life transitions, we are committed to walking alongside them with compassion, professionalism, advocacy, accountability, and purpose.

Mental health consultation

At Behavioral Health Consultants of Georgia, we believe healing is possible, growth is achievable, and transformation can happen when individuals are provided with the right support, tools, guidance, and environment.

This is more than a counseling office. This is a space where individuals are encouraged to:

  • Heal emotionally
  • Rediscover their voice
  • Rebuild confidence
  • Learn healthy coping skills
  • Break unhealthy cycles
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Restore hope
  • Discover purpose
  • Create lasting change

Transformation does not happen overnight, but through consistency, support, accountability, compassion, and intentional growth, meaningful change is possible.

We meet individuals where they are while helping them move toward where they desire to be.

My Counselor Identity

Counselling session between therapist and client

Counseling with Compassion, Accountability, Faith, and Purpose

My counseling identity is rooted in compassion, advocacy, emotional wellness, empowerment, and whole-person healing. I believe counseling should provide a safe environment where individuals feel seen, heard, respected, supported, and challenged toward growth.

As a veteran, advocate, mother, leader, counselor-in-training, and community supporter, I understand that life experiences shape how individuals view themselves, relationships, trauma, resilience, grief, healing, and emotional wellness.

My approach to counseling integrates:

  • Compassion and empathy
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Practical problem solving
  • Advocacy and empowerment
  • Cultural awareness
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Spiritual integration upon request
  • Accountability with support
  • Strength-based interventions
  • Real-life application and growth

I believe healing involves more than addressing symptoms. It involves helping individuals understand themselves, identify patterns, develop healthier behaviors, strengthen emotional wellness, and create meaningful life changes.

My goal is to help individuals not only survive difficult seasons, but grow through them.
